Dana Eubanks Troglin

After graduating with an Applied Science Degree, I have been practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1986. Having worked with some of the top dental practices in the nation, I have developed a strong work ethic, commitment, and passion for what I do and I “LOVE” my career of choice. Helping patients create health and beautiful smiles is extremely fulfilling to me and does change lives. My son attends Midland Christian School and keeps me on my toes with sports and extra-curricular activities. I am unbelievably blessed with a supportive mom, dad, employer, and terrific work environment.

Claudia Bustos

Howdy I'm Claudia, Insurance Coordinator for Dr. Rutherford. I am new to the dental field and have worked for Dr. Rutherford for 2 years. My job is very challenging at times dealing with insurance but also rewarding to work with patients. I enjoy my position but absolutely love our team and sharing the common goal of changing lives one smile at time! I have been married for 2 wonderful years and have an awesome 14 year old son and 2 four legged critters named Lilly and 50-cent. My family is the most important part of my life and I cherish every moment with them. When I am not at football or MMA practice with my son I enjoy cooking, photography, and making jewelry.

Beth Smith

I was fascinated with smiles and orthodontics (braces) and knew when I was 13 that I wanted to be a dental hygienist. After graduating from High School I worked for a dentist as an assistant and then attended the dental hygiene program at Howard College in Big Spring, TX. and received my Associates Degree in Applied Science. I spent the first 5 _ years of my career at another office before I found Dr. Rutherford's Office. I have worked for Dr. Rutherford since December 1, 1997. This environment has been encouraging of professional and personal growth. We research and attend many hours of continuing education courses to keep our office current with the most up to date equipment and techniques. I am married and have 5 children. As a family, we enjoy going to the lake for fishing and water recreation and we are involved in many sports, especially football, soccer and swimming.

Alecia Deaver

I am Alecia Deaver, mother of 4 handsome boys. I moved from Louisiana back to West Texas 2 years ago. I went to dental assistant school, graduated as a Registered Dental Assistant, and started my new career here 1 year ago. I love my job and wish I had gotten into this field a long time ago! My children are 22, 6, 3, and 1 (yes, I know the age difference is crazy!). What do I do in my spare time? What is spare time with 4 boys in the house! Family activities like hanging outside, barbequing, swimming, dominoes, games, and movies are the things that we enjoy. Sometimes if I am lucky I get to have some fun on my own too!

Hi! My name is Anais Tarin. I have been in the dental field for 2 years now and I am one of Dr. Rutherford's RDAs (Registered Dental Assistant). Working for Dr. Rutherford has been really awesome and rewarding knowing that I made a difference in my patient's life by helping them gain the faith to smile and the courage to sit in our dental chair. I've been married for 3 years and have a wonderful 2 _ year old son. They are the joy of my life! When I'm not with my boys, you could bet that I am at the mall….shopping!!

Samantha Lewis

My name is Samantha Lewis and I'm currently working at Dr. Rutherford's office as a Registered Dental Assistant. I've been assisting 2 wonderful hygienists, Beth and Dana, for over 1 year now. Working here and seeing the expressions on the patients face after the work they had been wanting for so long is completed is priceless. I graduated from Lee High School in 2006 and now I've been going to college to become a Dental Hygienist. When I'm not at work or going to school I enjoy spending time with my 1 year old niece, family and friends. My favorite sport to watch is football along with watching comedy movies and eating anything that has peanut butter.

Angela Bennett

I schedule for Dr. Rutherford and his hygiene department. I also oversee the responsibilities of his front office. I have over 13 years of dental office experience as well as clinical knowledge; the majority of these have been with Dr. Rutherford. When I am not at work, you can usually find me in “retail therapy” (shopping, or watching my husband team rope!! We have a daughter who will be attending Midland College in the fall.

Veronica Carrasco

I am a Registered Dental Assistant with 10 years of experience in the dental field. I graduated from Odessa High School and received my dental training in Dallas, Texas. The dental field has been a wonderful experience that has allowed me to take care of patients and make them feel at ease. Over all I love to make a difference in a patient's life, to give them the smile they've always wanted. My favorite hobbies include soccer, golf, softball, barbequing, and spending time with my family and friends.
